Billing: What is the difference between paying via Paypal and paying via 2checkout?

The 2 payment methods are essentially the same because both payment processing agency accepts major credit cards and echeck. We are offering 2 options in case you have experience with one of the payment methods and that you prefer one over the other.
The only drawback for paying via 2checkout is that it may requires more time to setup your account since 2checkout usually requires more time to verify payment fraud. But with either option, we can setup the hosting account within 1 business day. (Typically within an hour if payment is from Paypal.)
