Billing: Can you refund portion of money off the yearly hosting service?

Monthly hosting service users can stop the payment anytime and cancel the service anytime. On the other hand, yearly hosting services are much cheaper than monthly hosting service because the duration of service offered is for one year. Therefore, even if you no longer need a website, no refund for the remainding months can be made.
If you need hosting only for a few months, we have monthly hosting services designed for you.
We offer GREAT discount for Yearly Hosting customers with precondition that the use of service is 1 year. (For example, clients with Basic Yearly Hosting plan saves $79.45 over clients with Basic Monthly Hosting plan over 1 year period. It does not make sense to pay less than monthly hosting users, and in addition get the benefit of "refund".)
